Turo is one of the leading pioneers of peer-to-peer car sharing. After seven years of disrupting the traditional car rental industry, the brand still faced two challenges: (1) many consumers don’t understand what a car share is, and (2) a general lack of brand awareness in an increasingly competitive space.

New audiences needed to discover not just what Turo is, but what it could do for them in extraordinary ways. Enter our 360 campaign based on a singular premise:

You don’t need the multiverse or the Metaverse to discover new dimensions of yourself. You just need to open some new doors.

We partnered up with a handful of influencers to see where the concept of “open doors” could take them. Each influencer was given the same brief — with wildly different results. Here are two of my faves.

We ran a series of billboards and subway ads in key markets to inspire new Turo drivers to take the wheel.
